Myles Kovacs, 44, is a leading voice of the influential, trend-setting youth segment. Myles connects with young consumers through America’s influencers— entertainers, media, hot product designers and mainstream corporations—and through his cornerstone asset, DUB magazine. He has propelled DUB Publishing Inc. and its world-famous DUB brand by partnering with such organizations as Monster Energy, Best Buy, Chrysler, Energizer, General Motors, Microsoft, Mobil 1, NASCAR, Toyota, Procter & Gamble and Wal-Mart.
Newsweek named Myles one of the nation’s “10 Big Thinkers for Big Business in the 21st Century.” Born in a tough neighborhood of East Los Angeles, Myles had a humble start, working in an L.A. rim shop at 16, and by 18, he became a custom-wheel designer.
With a passion for his community, Myles devotes considerable time to charitable organizations, such as Make-A-Wish Foundation, SEMA Cares, Star Education, the Tony Hawk Foundation and Breese LA.
He is a proud member of SEMA and attended his first SEMA Show at age 18 in 1991. He served on the SEMA Board of Directors from 2011 to 2013.
Myles lives in California with his wife Cynthia and their two children, spending any free time on his passion for motocross and anything with wheels on it.
